When will my order be dispatched?

Each piece is made to order so please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to be made and dispatched.

What shipping methods do you offer?

  • Standard Aus post shipping ( 2-6 business days)

  • Express Aus post shipping ( 1-3 business days )

  • International Shipping ( 10 - 15 business days)

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions.

  • The product is in new condition, unworn, with tags and liner (If the item arrived with one) attached and with original packaging in brand new condition.

  • The item must be returned 7 days after delivery

  • Shipping to us is at the customer’s expense, the exchanged product will be sent back with free shipping to the customer

  • The item was not purchased on sale. Sale items can not be returned or exchanged. If there is an issue with the item please contact us through email

  • Custom orders can not be returned. Excluding faulty product.

Can I change my order?

If you need to change your order or address please email us as soon as possible.

How can I track my order?

After payment at the checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once the order has been dispatched you will receive another email with the shipping information and tracking number. If you have not received an email from us within 3 weeks please send an email to info@esero.com.au
